Each candle is exquisitely hand wicked and poured with only the most organic premium Australian sourced products.
Fotia Collection Aims to create unique pieces and notes that not every piece will be identical and each piece will have its own unique characteristics. Please note that each candle is hand poured individually and will vary in appearance and colour based on the fragrance oil chosen.
"Frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle as it’s a natural occurrence when using natural organic soy wax with no additives added to the formula.
Please be advised that direct sunlight can also cause discolouration within your candle due to direct UV.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Fotia collection offers free shipping on orders over $100 otherwise we charge a flat rate of $15 express postage in Australia.
International shipping
Rates will be calculated on an order to order basis.

REFUNDS
Fotia collection offers no refunds on all products, only accepts exchanges and offers a store credit.
EXCHANGES
Fotia Collection only accept exchanges for damaged items.
We do not accept any refunds on change of mind items or damaged goods.
If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to fotiacollection@gmail.com with your name, order number and a photograph of the item for assessment.
Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement on the same item or request a store credit which can be used at any given time with no expiration date.

PROCESSING
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your original payment method. Please be mindful that it can take some time for your choice of bank or credit card company to process the refund
